The ABP held its Inaugural City Dinner on 1st November 2004 at the Apothecaries Hall in the City of London.

ABP Chairman Kevin Kingsland welcomed the honoured guests: the Chairman of the IOD, General Manager of the CIPD, President of the BPS, Publisher of The Economist and Master of the WC of Marketors, Master of the Guild of Public Relations and the First Warden of the WC of Management Consultants.

Left - IOD Chairman, Christopher Beale, spoke after dinner on the value of business psychology from the business perspective. Drawing on his extensive experience he welcomed the ABP Magnificence Awards which were formally launched earlier in the evening. David Hanger, publisher of the Economist, is seen applauding to Christopher's right.
