Fees & requirements
The subscription for all categories of membership is the same -
currently £30 plus VAT
The Membership Committee may ask for copies of degree
certificates or other proof of qualifications and practice
experience.
Evidence of practitioner experience should be submitted with
applications (brief CV will sometimes suffice, but applicants
should be prepared to submit verification by references if
required).
Where possible we will use British Psychological Society
membership/chartered status as verification of the academic
qualifications. (Applicants should refer to the BPS website to
check if degree is approved) or the applicant should provide
other evidence i.e. originals or authorised copies of degree
certificate.
If you are unsure about your category eligibility please apply
anyway, and our Membership Committee will advise you.
Affiliate status may be offered as a temporary measure to
applicants for Member or Principal Member until such time as
their qualifications have been verified.
